Bruce Solomon, is the Founder and President of Personnel Resources Inc. Since 1997 he has been a strategic staffing partner and consultant to companies in the specialty retail and vision care industries. Throughout his 40 year career, Mr. Solomon has held diverse leadership positions in the specialty retail arena with notable expertise in high growth companies both in the US and internationally.
As Lenscrafters first Regional Manager, he successfully opened over 40 locations in the mid-west and as Senior Director of Store Operations and Marketing opened over 60 stores on the west coast managing over $130 million in sales. Mr. Solomon left Lenscrafters in 1994 and became Managing Director of Vision Express Ventures to develop the Super-optical store concept throughout Europe, Asia, and South America.
